Return and Exchange Policy

- Returns and exchanges are a guaranteed right for all our customers and apply to all products offered in our store.

- All products offered in our store are subject to the return and exchange policy according to the terms and conditions stipulated on this page (Consumer Protection Agency Terms).

- Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product is in its original condition and packaging.

- Returns and exchanges are accepted within (14) days of the purchase date.

- Please contact us through our Contact Us page or by phone to request a return or exchange.

- Please photograph the product and send it to us, specifying your city, address, and order number, so that we can replace it with another product if the product is damaged, defective, or does not function as described.

- A full refund will be issued to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website.

- We are not responsible for any expectations regarding product use by the customer that are not mentioned on the product page of our website. A 30% deduction, or a minimum of 300 EGP, will be applied if the customer does not want the product and it is free of any defects or problems.

Your warranty is automatically activated upon receipt of the product, starting from the date indicated on the warranty certificate.
